Leadership Equipping And Development
LEAD is our leadership development for current and aspiring leaders at Park Community, focusing on the three areas of conviction (head), character (heart), and competencies (hands).
At Park we value the continual development of leaders who are committed to making disciples of Jesus Christ. We believe that the ongoing development of leaders fulfills Jesus’ mission for us to make disciples and fosters a healthy, vibrant, and growing church culture. While in some ways more is caught than taught, we do see the need for intentional training. Our hope is that this will be a beneficial supplement to organic discipleship.
